The PCB Artists I2C Decibel Meter module with (IP67 microphone, pluggable electret) features

• Good accuracy (±2 dB SPL @ 1kHz with supplied electret microphone)
• Supports any electret microphone via JST connector
• Easy to replace microphone, ideal for outdoor sound level measurement
• Outdoor enclosure friendly – compatible with common cable glands
• Measurement range of 35 dB to 120 dB
• Easy to use – standard I2C interface
• Line Output for external audio recorder
• Low power consumption, only 10mA @ 3.3V (measurement) and ### (sleep mode)
• Supports A-weighted, C-weighted, and Z-weighted readings
• Exponential time averaging – Fast (125 ms), Slow (1000 ms), or Custom (10 ms to 10,000 ms)
• Threshold detection and interrupt pin
• 100-reading buffer to allow host MCU to sleep during measurements
