In case of physical goods delivered outside India, we accept returns as long as the customer is willing to bear the shipping charges. The Refund Policy will apply.
For physical goods delivered within India, we accept returns and bear the cost of return shipping.
Any returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving a shipment.

Once paid for, an order can only be cancelled before it is shipped. If shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to Return Policy after delivery.
On cancellation before shipping, Refund Policy will apply.
A shipment will be treated as lost in transit if it is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, or if the shipment shows no movement for 30 days after shipment – whichever happens first. We will initiate a full refund in case a shipment is lost.

A refund request will be processed within 7 working days when it meets the above criteria for return or cancellation.
Bank fees or payment terminal processing fees may be deducted when a refund is issued, based on payment mode selected during payment.
Advance collected towards rendering of services will only be refunded if there has been no work towards the rendering of the service. A partial refund is applicable if part of the services purchased have already been rendered.

In the case where payment has been processed in full or partially by PayPal, dispute resolution rests with PCB Artists and can be escalated to PayPal for review. The disputed amount will be the amount paid via PayPal.
In the case where payment was processed by any other modes of payment, the final decision rests with PCB Artists. We try out best to accomodate our customers’ feedback and requirements and you can always be assured of getting an easy and quick resolution to your problems.
