PCB Design

We offer PCB design services for consumer, industrial, medical and automotive devices.

Schematic design is covered (of course!) and we work closely with the client to understand their requirements.

We can collaborate well with your mechanical design teams to develop tailored PCBs.

How We Work

Tell us about your idea. If you need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with us, you can do so at this stage.

Once you approve of an approximate quote, you can share the full set of technical requirements with us so we can provide you with an accurate quote with expenses broken down.
We will also send you a timeline and plan of action which you can discuss with us and finally approve.

You have to make an advance payment of 20% of the PCB design quote or 20% of the monthly quote, whichever is smaller.
On receiving the advance, you will be given access to your project tracker where you can log in and see your project progress in real-time. You will also be provided access to the project private repository if needed.

You will be updated via E-mail when we hit milestones or you can keep track of progress via the project tracker. The private repository will reflect the set of files from the latest milestone reached.

On conclusion of the project, we will notify you and confirm the design specifications with you.

If the design specifications are good, we will move on to the optional prototyping stage. Even though it adds to the R&D cost and timeline, we highly recommend that you let us make prototypes to confirm everything is functional as expected.
We can send you some prototypes if you like.

After verification on our end, you may complete the full remaining payment.
If you need 3D enclosure design or firmware developed for your PCB, we can assist with that at this stage.
Should you need mass production or programming, we have manufacturing facilities to meet your requirements with strict quality control.
We manufacture in China, India and the USA.

You are good to go with your new product design!
Should you need any assistance with maintaining or upgrading the project, we commit to being available to you for 2 years (from the day the project was started) at the same hourly rate.

PCB Review and Prototyping

Do you have a system design that needs review?
It is common for improperly designed circuits or PCBs to exhibit subtle unexpected behavior such as high sensitivity to external interference, overheating, unusually high power consumption and sometimes even intermittent failure.
Also, if you are worried about parts selection and other similar design steps, we can help!
Tell us about your design, after signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with us if needed.
We will discuss the problems that you are facing, and collect all the data and design files required from your end.
We will provide you with a free summary of the potential problems we found.
The summary will be accompanied by our recommended services and associated quotes to fix the problems.
Upon your approval, we will proceed to the next step.
On receiving an advance from your end (of 20% of the quoted value), we will proceed to rework your design and fix all the potential problems.
We often like to go a step further and make the system more robust.
After verification on our end, you may complete the full remaining payment.
If you need prototypes at this stage, we will provide you with prototypes as you may require.
You are good to go with your refreshed design!
Should you need any assistance with maintaining or upgrading the project, we commit to being available to you for 2 years (from the day the project was started) at the same hourly rate.

Mass Production and PCB Assembly

We can help you manufacture, QA test and flash your boards with firmware in India, China and the US.

We can deliver small orders of 5-10 units and also rather large batches of 10,000+ assembled PCBs per week.

Tell us about your requirements, after signing a non-disclosure (NDA) with us if needed.
We will work on understanding your requirements and providing you with any feedback necessary before we move to quote you an approximate cost and timeline on the production.

If you approve of the approximate quote and timeline, we move on to give you an exact quote and access to the production tracker. We will move on to the production phase when you complete the payment.

We test and inspect the boards to make sure everything turned out as expected.
If you requested firmware flashing services, we carry out the programming and verification at this stage. Any custom QC processes are conducted as well.

We ship the boards to you via DHL.
If the delivery address is within India, Turkey, or Iran, we deliver via DTDC.
