Shipping Policies
- To ensure that your order reaches you in time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed and traceable courier services.
- We try our best to ship your entire order in one shipment. If we cannot for some reason, we will inform you and any additional shipping cost will be on us.
- If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with or damaged, please share an image of the shipment and do not accept it.
- Please note that all international shipments will be exported as per Indian regulations. We will try to accommodate any special requests to allow compliance with the destination country’s regulations.

- For orders delivered within India, we use (in the order of availability):

– Delhivery
– DTDC
– Speed Post - For international orders, we use (depending on options available for the destination country):
– ShipRocket (includes USPS, Royal Mail, etc and other registered postal services)
– Aramex
– FedEx - Customers will always have the option to select a shipping service from a list of shipping services available to them. We try our best to use the selected option, but we may occasionally use an alternative service at our discretion. If additional shipping charges are incurred, it is on us.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
- We try our best to ship your order within 3 working days. Tracking information updates for your order may sometimes be delayed for international shipments.
- Delivery to domestic (Indian) addresses takes 2-3 days after the shipment is dispatched. Shipping is free of cost.
- Delivery to international addresses using priority shipping services such as Aramex or FedEx takes 7-15 days. Shipping cost may range from USD 15 to USD 30.
- Delivery to international addresses using Registered Post takes 10 to 40 days. Shipping cost may range from USD 4 to USD 25.
- If order customization is required, or if courier services are unavailable to an international location, dispatch may be delayed. We will notify you in that case.
